How do I get my refund due to Covid-19 cancellation

My flights were cancelled due to the Covid-19 situation. My information is: DLNXSY - TAP Airlines TP218 (May 10th) Z-Q1KPR7M9X - Norwegian Air Flight 7701 (May 16th) How do I get a refund since I can't seem to get seem to get ahold of anyone at the airlines?

Any help you can provide me with, I'd greatly appreciate. Thank you!

I am in the same position. Does anybody out there have a number to contact Hopper? They also owe me a refund for a Norwegian Air Flight in beginning of May that was cancelled because of Corona Virus. Their website offers no customer service. Hopper website said to ask for a refund from Norwegian Airlines. I did and Norwegian says they sent it to Hopper to refund to me. This is an endless circle and seems to me like a scam. Please any info or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

According to Hopper FAQs, if your flight was canceled, you are eligible for a full refund. Usually, the refund can be expected within 3-10 business days.

I read that as well, but my flight was cancelled and they have me credit which expires in 6 months! Plus it took them 7 weeks to send my credit. I don't think I'll even be allowed in Europe in 6 months! I'm never using Hopper again. Expedia was so easy to deal with on everything I booked through them.

How to get a refund?

I was trying to book a hotel through the app an it kept saying there was a problem. I tried a couple of times and it would say the same thing.

My wife check our account and we were changed for the booking that it kept saying there was a problem. I never received a confirmation email an when I look at my trips it shows nothing.

According to Hopper refund policy refunds are always at the discretion of the hotel and Hopper can only process what has been authorized by the hotel. To get a refund, you should contact hotel manager and discuss the problem with them.

According to the Hopper help section, to reschedule your flight, select the booking you're inquiring about in the app, and then follow the prompts to submit a request.
If your booking is eligible for itinerary changes, the cost may include the airline’s change penalty for the booking as well as any applicable fare difference between the original flight price and the new flight price.

According to Hopper refund policy refunds are always at the discretion of the airline and Hopper can only process what has been authorized by the airline. Your confirmation email will list whether your booking is refundable under "Cancellations" at the bottom of the receipt.
If you made your booking within the past 24 hours, you might still be eligible to cancel your booking directly in the app without penalty for a full refund.
For details contact Hopper customer service. For all questions about your booking, you'll need to create a request directly from your trip in the app.

How can I confirm my flight reservation

I booked and hopper still shows I still need to book. My credit card says I booked two tickets I only need one.

According to Hopper help section whenever a booking has been confirmed and ticketed by the airline, you will receive a confirmation email from Hopper titled "Your Hopper receipt and itinerary." Your confirmation email will include all of the details of your upcoming trip, as well as the breakdown of fees. You can also access any confirmed itineraries directly in the app. If you have not received an email confirmation, you may have encountered an error while booking in the app and your booking did not go through. Please, contact Hopper customer service for further information by phone at 888-304-****.

According to the Hopper help section, to extend your stay, you should make an additional reservation in the app at the same hotel, subject to the hotel's availability. The hotel may be able to link the reservations so you don't have to change rooms in the middle of your stay.

How can I get my trip or at least my refund??

I booked a departing connecting flight from Michigan to Chicago to Denver through American Airlines and then a returning flight from Denver to Michigan through United. I was charged the $218 for the whole booking and it’s not showing up on the app that I booked a flight or have an upcoming trip. I would like my money back please.

To get more information about your booking, please contact the Hopper customer care team:

I need help I am so frustrated with this.

I had a freeze which I paid 48.00 on my granddaughters ticket from Des Moines to Detroit on Dec 28 to Jan 12 I went on there almost 32 hours ago to book and it will not let me. I have sent messages 3 times for help no answer.

This is two days away and I haven’t got a response back from Hopper yet I need to confirm and get it booked.

According to Hopper Support, after the refund has been processed by Hopper, the airline should release the funds back to your account within about 7-10 business days, but it can sometimes take up to 2 billing cycles to post on your end.
Please note each cancellation is processed within 15 business days.

Where is my refund/voucher

My trip to Victoria Falls was cancelled. Your cancellation # is A-WK57G0.

The email said "The airline has provided you a travel credit worth $1,533.35." I have called British Airlines today and there is no voucher.

The agent said vouchers are requested by the travel agent (Hopper) and that has not happened. Very frustrated, especially since there is absolutely NO WAY to contact your customer service.

A contact for Hopper

My flight with Norwegian airlines was canceled and refunded to Hopper. It has been 6 weeks and still no answer from Hopper.

I will be so upset if they give me credit. I need my full refund. They have no phone numbers to contact them.

I am frustrated. All of us who are being taken by hopper need to report them so they never do business in the US again.

How do I get my refund

I have not heard from anyone about my cancelled trip which was supposed to be back in April and I haven't been reimbursed at all yet very frustrating and I am not happy and I cant find any phone number to call

How can I get my refund?

I was charged twice for a ticket from Miami to Atlanta. However neither ticket was ever booked on American airline.

I had to purchase a third ticket. I want a refund for the two tickets I was charged for.

Where is my refund?

Received an e mail from Hopper that my flight was cancelled on April 28, 2020 to Densapar Bali (hopper conf IGVQKE, china airlines UGKYYT). The e mail said within 90 days they should have a resolution.

I have not heard anything since! No refund, nothing.

According to the Hopper help section, if you need to request a cancellation for your flight with Hopper, simply tap on the booking you're inquiring about, and then select 'Cancel My Trip' to submit a cancellation request. Refunds are always at the discretion of the airline and Hopper can only process what has been authorized by the airline.
If you are waiting to receive a refund from Hopper, please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for this to be processed back to your account.
To get more information about the Hopper refund policy, please contact the Hopper customer care team by selecting your trip in the app and making a request directly from the bottom of your trip details.

The problem is I paid for a price freeze. The amount int he app is not what was confirmed so i don't yet have a flight and no way to reach anyone to get my money back.

According to the Hopper help section, the Hopper app does not allow redeeming voucher for a flight or hotel. You may need to contact the airline or hotel directly or reach out to the Hopper customer care team via the company's social networks.

HOW DO I GET MY EMAIL FROM COVID-19 CANCELED TRIP TO ITALY

My trip to Italy was canceled for 5/16 to 5/24 due to covid-19 concerns. i CANNOT go on my app and request refund since the trip is now in my previous trips on app and those options are not available to me to request.

My trip confirm is for 5/16 was CPHYSB thru Alitalia and return was QQVID2 for Air France on 5/24. Please confirm receipt of this trip and when i will receive a refund of $1321.30 for Thank you, Robert and Suzann Tull
